Ryugia Neverov

He is apart of my 10th story, "Wings of Magic". Which it's title refers to two races that are centered in the story: Harpies and Elves. He is yet another elementalist. He controls the element of fire and is a Harpie, but he specializes in more than just fire. His abilities range in magic, but his best ability is by far, fire. He can case the best fire abilities over anyone in his family or race.  His right arm is a bladed arm that he created using his magic. And here is the nasty side effect of his magic, he has to pluck a feather and use the life from within the feather to create his magic. The closer to the base of the wing for each harpie is more powerful than any other spell, but you have to grab from the farthest part away from the base first to be able to cast magic.

I apologize for being late with him. I just had a pretty bad day yesterday with my leg; as some of you are aware, I have a small hole in my leg from where a dog tore out my skin. And it was acting up yesterday, so my attention was to it, rather than drawing. Then one of my friends who I hadn't seen in quite some time stopped by over last night. So, yeah...Due to all that, Ryugia is not outlined, just drawn.
